- The first myth we are going to discuss is the hair grows at a faster rate if
you trimmed it frequently. So, this is false obviously. This is not even
relatable with the time means how often someone cut their hair is not connected
with how fast it will grow. The concept behind this is the scalp follicles
determine the growth of the hair. But cutting your hair very frequent can thick
your hair and over time it may get longer. In the time of breakage, your hair
looks thin and sparse. If you want to shape your hair long then the ideal time
to trim your hair. Every eight weeks, it will give you the perfect shape of your hair.
- The second myth is stress can change the color of your hair from black to
grey. The reason behind grey hair is melanocytes which stop producing the
melanin that’s why it colored grey instead of black. People think that it is a
problem of the genetics of the grey color.
- The next is if you are plucking the grey hair other two more grey hair come
to that place. Plucking can affect your hair badly. It can scar your hair, it
gets thin. You can face the hair loss problem from that. The best way is to
avoid plucking.
- The next on a go is a greater number of times your brush your hair, it makes
your hair healthy. Brushing is important for the hair and the stylist says you
need the brush your hair because it will help you to distribute oil throughout
your hair. Excessive Brushing can create friction on the scalp, which leads to
cuticle damage and hair loss. If you are facing the problem of hair loss then
use a wide-tooth comb and brush gently. You can have a scalp massage instead of
brushing. This will give you the same experience.
- The shampoo will stop working if you are using the same shampoo for so long.
It a myth that has no sense at all. you can use shampoo as your preference.

shampoo then stay on it.
- The next myth says the sun is the best way to lighten your hair. The sun
naturally lightens everything. But it can burn your scalp as the sun burns the
skin. Ammonia-free lifting cream is the best product for you as it lifts your
hair without any damage.
- You should avoid conditioner if you have greasy hair. This is also false.
Are you have greasy hair then first go for the shampoo and then use the
conditioner at the end?
- Your hair will grow fast if you are sleeping with your hair down. There is no proof of giving the statement true but if you are facing the problem of thinning the hair or breakage of hair or hair loss then it can cure somehow if you sleep like that way.
